Erebus is the code name for a secret project that allows people to travel through time.  The problem is every person traveling through  time gets looked at as a virus and wiped out. Many segments of time  have been logged for terminating the subjects in a horrific way. Most suffer from heart failure induced by fear before the pain sets in,  MOST!  Obsessed with trying to make this project work, more and more of the workers from the facility were sent into the machine.

This eventually left the project with a lack of funds and people to test  the machine.  Not willing to let the project go, a brilliant idea was  conceived. Disguise the time machine as a Haunted House and have an  endless supply of human guinea pigs that are not only willing to walk  in freely, but they will pay to do so and help fund the project!

With  this new hope of success and the help of the unknowing subjects the  final goal is to have the machine working properly. This will give the  ability to go back into time and prevent the termination of the  subjects, if the funding is available.

In August of 2005, Erebus took the title of the "World's Largest Walk  Through Horror House"  (a.k.a. "Haunted House") according to the  Guinness Book  of World Records!  It will take you about 45  minutes to an hour to complete your journey, depending on how fast you  RUN!
