Since January, the twisted minds behind Cincinnati’s nationally recognized haunted attraction have been working non-stop, tearing into old scenes and rebuilding from the ground up. If you thought you’d seen it all, think again. The schoolhouse has cracked open its creepy curriculum to unveil brand-new nightmares, including some sinister surprises you won’t see coming.
First up—lunch is served, and it’s not mystery meat anymore… it’s downright horrifying. Guests will get a behind-the-scenes look at the school’s newly uncovered industrial meat processing facility. Ever wonder where the cafeteria food really comes from? This year, you’ll find out—and you might wish you hadn’t.
Meanwhile, Dr. Dent’s lab has gotten a monstrous upgrade. A new area has been unlocked, and the boundaries of his grotesque experiments have expanded. As if that’s not chilling enough, the seller beneath the school has finally been opened to guests… but be warned: the killer is right above you. One wrong move and you might be next on the dissecting table.
And it’s not just what’s inside that’s new. The Monster Midway—a fan-favorite outside entertainment zone—has received a fresh coat of paint, upgraded lighting, and some heavy-duty maintenance to make sure your haunt night starts with screams and ends with even more screams.
So mark your calendars—The Dent Schoolhouse opens September 12th and runs through November 8th, 2025. If you thought last year was horrific, this year is pure nightmare fuel. And yes, A Christmas Nightmare is coming back this December as well!
